Hope the quality of the product exceeds the quality of their customer service. Delivery constantly delayed, promised different dates, to be followed up with a phone call of ‘it might be delivered next week’.
Disappointing that customer service representatives seem to be happy to tell you anything to get you off the phone. Multiple guarantees made, all of which not kept.
Item with a lead time of 10-12 working days has now been 32 working days, and still yet to be seen. Minimal communication from nustone, have to be chased for updates.
Would not recommend if you want timely delivery or honest customer service.
EDIT:
Allowed customers to order product they do not physically have in stock without explaining this is actually an item on pre-order.
14 April: called nustone - ‘should be with you by end of the week’
then email later in day at 21:38: email to explain logistics difficulties, will be dispatched for delivery week commencing 26 April
23 April: email to say item dispatched, no tracking number in email
27 April: called nustone, we were told item had already been dispatched, should definitely hear in the next day or two as definitely been dispatched. Advised to call palletways: palletways had not received anything from nustone, but stated no issues with capacity to deliver when they receive items
28 April: called palletways again, they state no information from nustone as to when they will be receiving item
Called nustone: told us it hadn’t been dispatched as previously informed and but it would ‘definitely be with you on Friday’, it was in a temporary holding bay - no reason for delay given
29 April: called nustone to confirm that item had been despatched, they stated ‘will be with you tomorrow’ on two occasions
30 April: phone call at 3pm from nustone, will be with you ‘maybe Tuesday or Wednesday next week’ - no reason for delay given
Everytime we spoke to someone on the phone they told us different information. We were told items would be with us on set dates by customer service reps.
I wouldn’t be writing this review if the answer when we called had been ‘really sorry, but I can’t tell you when it will be despatched’ rather than being told things that seemed to be said just to get people off the phone. Everyone I have spoken to has been polite, but unfortunately not transparent.

Ordering this item was fine. just the Currier Side of things was not so brilliant the slabs turned up already packed to a good standard.Except for the extra 2 m which two large slabs were broken but may be able to use them taking the others out of the crate someone had scuff marks on and one was weak on the edge where it was cracked . And they said you sign a form and checked for damage but there was no form to sign so you get four stars

Great product, great communication, great service

Really pleased with the Raj Green Indian Sandstone. We had 2 pallets, plus an extra 7m2 which were ordered and delivered separately. There was one cracked slab in the 7m2 pack, but other than that all perfect. Palletways, the courier, were also excellent in their communication and delivery.
Completed patio looks great. High quality product and smooth purchase experience. Would definitely use Nustone again for any similar projects.

Good value and quality

Good value and normally very good quality, delivery has been as quick as can be expected at the moment. Easy to use website and ordering system. We will continue to use Nustone, shame the stock and sample levels are so low but I appreciate this is not an isolated issue.

We order direct from the website

We order direct from the website. Was so hard to pick our tiles for the Garden. Our porcelain slabs arrived quick. The quality is amazing. Great customer service. Thank Nustone. Steve

Good product but was told at the time…

Good product but was told at the time of ordering it was in stock when in fact it wasn’t and the delivery driver was terrible.

This is an extremely disappointing…

This is an extremely disappointing service. 6 weeks later and I’m still without my order, with constant broken promises on dates. I understand the issues with materials etc at the moment, but do Nustone really need to constantly lie and give false dates? Their customer service is shocking!
This is a disgusting way to treat customers.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Like others, slabs ordered early April, promised by 23rd April latest. Now 5th May.
I understand delays, issues etc. What I don't like is being lied to.
I also don't like having to ring constantly. Why aren't customers caught in this mess phoned and kept up-to-date?
I have been given "certain" dates for delivery time and time again, so if you're saying it's not possible to promise then don't.
All customers can appreciated unexpected issues, it's the way you deal with them and communicate that matters. Don't lie and give numerous false dates and hope when its not true.
I expect an honest response as to what the issue is and when it's really likely my slabs will arrive. If they're still on a boat somewhere, tell me. At least give me the chance to make a decision whether to hold on or cancel. I can't believe management are letting the lies continue, how ever polite the customer services staff are.
Sadly your reputation is taking a hammering.
Can I suggest you contact those affected customers with real dates or a suitable compensation.

Great product, great service. Very Happy.

Ordered 18 sq metre pack, all arrived safe, driver brilliant. Customer services excellent (query about sealing etc). Great product, lovely finish. Very happy.

Ordered 2 packs of Kandla Grey slabs…

Ordered 2 packs of Kandla Grey slabs the other day. They arrived just a couple of days later with a really great Courier driver. Packaged superb it really sturdy crates/pallets! Fantastic!
